Totally useless Company.Not able to deliver.Not even tried to contact me even though they have my email and phonenumber.The app does not work when i try to change to an ups delivery point.They say that they have tried to deliver 2 times to my home without any luck.Why dont they just deliver to an acess point?Now they will return to sender.Next time i will pay extra to avoid this company

UPS = Useless Pieces Of shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhT. Staff are probably selective stealing packages!!! As everytime i order from a certain company my packages have gone missing. I Will follow suit from fellow poster and refer to police. Jonköping UPS dept Has lost 1 package after 3 weeks of no updates (not the 1st time either). They try blame it on customs but nope they lost package as customs never touched package still waiting on some response. Other packages waiting for delivery just get marked "Delayed due to bad weather" I look outside and its sunny and not even a cloud in the sky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Packages seem to sit "I lager" until packages are lost or they can be bothered actually delivering packages. I have 3 packages that are going through this crappy facility 1 package lost. 2 packages sitting "I lager" that should have been delivered days ago. These people couldnt deliver packages if their life depended on it. Put a mailbox in front of these idiots and the still wouldnt be able to deliver!!!!!! What a Joke! Edit/Update= All 3 packages within a week UPS lost all 3 in the end. Would give them 0 stars if I could!

Ups Jönköping has workers that steal. They stole my package for my father for Christmas. They refuse to collaborate with ups support, they refuse to answer phone and emails because they know they are guilty. Asked for compensation but they don't want to admit their stealing. Police will be involved in this as soon as possible.

First day I was at my house the whole day and then when I checked it said UPS failed delivery attempt. I also did not get any note. I called the customer service and they said they will deliver again. The day after I saw the UPS truck infront of my door. I opened the door which he did not see. After just standing there with the car for 3 min he drove off. I run after him and caught him quickly. He said he was only gonna deliver a few other packets first because it is so hard to get my package and be back in 5 min. At the same time at UPS tracking it said failed delivery attempt. He came back literally after 1 min to deliver because he was caught and his truck was almost empty. It is really frustrating in total.

Time and time again they are claiming that you are not available, not at home or some other fairytale. You will basically have to track down the actual truck in order to beg the driver to give you your package, for which you've already paid a fortune to get shipped to you. Now you're paying again with parts of your soul. The service level is extraordinarily bad.
