The package arrived in a miserable condition. The carton was torn and in very bad condition. The delivery person threw the package at the door and did not even inform me that he had placed the package there or even knocked on the door. A very bad postal company that I do not recommend at all.👎👎

Mixed feelings. Sometimes good, sometimes not. Last package was just left on the driveway where it rained on the package and destroyed it. 2 meter away there’s is a roof where he could have placed it instead!

worst service ever, no update given on the order placed via amazon.se and the parcel was to be delivered to me on sunday, i am still waiting for my parcel. airmee cant be reliable anymore. i wish i could give 0 (zero star), the amazon customer care also doesnt have any update from airmee delivery team. i have not received any sms or email for the status of the parcel since last 4 days. i am really annoyed but still keeping my patience. airmee do you ever take the reviews seriously..

How can you treat customers this way? The worst courier company. The courier, 1 km from me, didn't deliver the package even though I was informed it would be there by 11 p.m., and suddenly, a minute before the scheduled time, I received a message saying it wouldn't be delivered. I haven't seen bigger bunglers and slackers.

Packages are never on time. It’s become routine for them to get delayed for days—and not just due to bad weather or high volume, but because they constantly misplace or lose parcels at their own sorting or distribution centers. That’s simply unacceptable. Lately, it’s gotten worse. They’ve delivered packages to the wrong house, despite our address being clearly marked. Their drivers have driven by our home multiple times without even attempting delivery—as if they couldn’t figure out how to use a GPS. On top of all this, none of the drivers speak Swedish or English, making communication impossible. Trying to resolve anything through their customer service chat is just as frustrating—just receiving copy-paste responses that don’t address the problem. At this point, I’m genuinely baffled how Airmee is still in business. I now actively avoid any retailer that uses them as a shipping option. If you care about your deliveries arriving on time—or at all—choose literally anyone else. If I could give Airmee minus 1000 stars, I absolutely would. This is by far the worst delivery service I’ve ever had to deal with.

My delivery was scheduled for YESTERDAY from 5 pm to 10pm, until now Monday 14h, I haven’t received neither being called nor a response from Airmee! Only templates through the so-called chat service and email, telling me they will get back to me within 1-2 DAYS! In top of that Amazon customer service doesn’t work either! LAST time for buying through Amazon!

Failed delivery on the first attempt as the courier could not find the address despite the address being correct (and despite being given instructions on how to reach the address). On the second attempt, the delivery was marked as “successful”, but the delivery photo showed that the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address. Further training for couriers would be needed to improve the currently poor customer experience.
